1. What is DISHWorld IPTV?
Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) uses internet technology to transmit television programming to your TV. DISHWorld IPTV uses a broadband internet connection to deliver top International programming directly to your home without a satellite dish. Simply connect your DISHWorld receiver to your home Internet and to your TV, then sit back and enjoy.
2. What is the difference between international satellite programming and DISHWorld programming?
Satellite programming requires the customer to install a dish at their residence. DISHWorld offers a unique solution for customers who are unable to get satellite programming (due to no line of sight, apartment restrictions, no social security number, etc). DISHWorld offers the same International programming as the DISH Network satellite service, but does not provide American programming.
3. What in-language programming does DISHWorld offer?

5. How do I install DISHWorld?
To install and use DISHWorld, you will need the following:

6. How do I know if I have high-speed Internet of at least 1.0 Mbps?
Please visit www.Speedtest.net in order to test the speed of your Internet. A minimum speed of 1.0 Mbps will work with DISHWorld; however, DISHWorld will work best if you have Internet speed of 1.5 Mbps or higher.
7. Do I need a social security number to purchase DISHWorld?
No, you do not need a social security number to purchase DISHWorld.
8. Do I need a credit card to purchase DISHWorld?
Yes, you will need a valid credit or debit card in order to purchase DISHWorld. You will also need an open Internet connection with a minimum speed of 1.0 Mbps (1.5 Mbps or higher is recommended).
9. How am I billed for my DISHWorld service?
Payments to DISHWorld will be automatically deducted from you valid debit or credit card on a monthly basis. You can visit https://orders.dishworldiptv.com/myaccount at any time to check the status of your account. If you have more questions about billing, please contact us.
10. What are DISHWorld’s cancellation policies?
New customers have 14-day trial period after receiving their DISHWorld receiver during which they can return the product. If an existing service with 1-year commitment is terminated before the end of the first 12 months a cancellation fee of $12.50/ per cancelled month of service will apply. 11. Can I use DISHWorld if I live in an apartment complex, high-rise building or condominium?
Yes, DISHWorld is perfect for people who live in an apartment! DISHWorld works well anywhere with high speed internet, including apartment complexes, high-rise buildings, condominiums, or if a satellite TV dish cannot be installed at your home.
Travel often? Take DISHWorld along, and watch your favorite programs on the road. Note: DISHWorld receiver must be within the United States to deliver service.
12. Can I purchase DISHWorld if I am not eligible for satellite service?
Yes, you can purchase and use DISHWorld if you are not eligible for satellite TV service. Since DISHWorld delivers International programming to your TV through the Internet, no satellite dish is required. Furthermore, you do not need a social security number in order to qualify for purchasing DISHWorld. To qualify, you’ll need a high speed Internet connection of at least 1.0 Mbps (1.5 Mbps or higher is recommended) and a valid debit or credit card.
13. Can I use DISHWorld if I have cable-TV service?
Yes, DISHWorld is a great complement to your cable-TV service. You can enjoy both DISHWorld IPTV and cable programming in your home.
14. What if my Internet router is not located near my television?
Great news- we now offer a wireless DISHWorld receiver!
No need to run Broadband lines from room to room, simply plug in the wireless adaptor to the back of the DISHWorld receiver, plug in the receiver and you will be prompted to choose the correct wireless network. Choose your home network, enter your password and you’ll be watching TV immediately!
Need a wireless receiver? If you have a DISHWorld receiver that is not wireless capable, we will help you upgrade. Just pay shipping and we will send you a new, wireless receiver. Please call to upgrade your DISHWorld receiver.
